The concept of sound into treatment of the body dates far back into ancient medicine itself. The Native American Indian used forms of chanting and hums to create elevated states of healing. Daoists monks chanted to elevate the spirit. It is not uncommon to hear a piece of music and sense a change of mood, which can alter our health for better or for the worse. We use sound in healing as well. The treatment, consist of Acupuncture and crystal singing bowl therapy. A bowl is played during the treatment according to
the energy center, or chakra being treated.

The treatment itself is very relaxing and stimulating at the same time. Treatment time ranges from 30 minutes to 45 minutes. Most often during a plan of treatment, crystal singing bowl may be indicated. Conditions that may be treated with crystal singing bowls are as follow; Anxiety, headaches, depression, pain, insomnia, enhance mental clarity and enhance meditation.
